How will I be charged?

We offer a variety of ways to process your payment. Easiest and most straightforward way is through our client portal. This software streamlines the payment process. It takes your information and automatically charges you based on the services you have selected on a monthly, weekly, or on clean-up basis. This charge is reoccurring for the life of the subscription, easy to cancel, and will start the day of your initial clean-up/start of service.

How does your product/service work?

We currently offer a Pet Waste Removal service that is subscription based. Our process is very simple and straightforward, providing little to no confusion for the client. We send text updates to let you know we are on our way. As we show up to your yard, we walk it and assess how much waste there is and point out high areas of waste. Then we grab our equipment and get to picking! Once we are completed with the service, we make sure the gate we entered through is closed (Picture taken to ensure this), double bag the waste in fresh smelling bags, and place the waste in your bins for easy and safe disposing. After every clean-up, before we go to the next service, we change our gloves, disinfect our shoes, pans, and rakes to ensure the safety of the animals is still #1 and that no bacteria or diseases have a chance to spread from one yard to the next.

How much does it cost?

Do you offer deodorizing services?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer deodorizing services. Once we have perfected our process of waste clean-up, we will be adding in this service shortly after that.

How often do you come to my house for clean-up?

At P.A.W.S, there are many different frequencies for you to choose from when it comes to your pooper scooper service. We currently offer services that range from daily cleaning to once-a-month cleaning. Whatever suits your needs best, we oblige!
